I'm making this website for people with disabilities or low spoons for any reason.
It can be hard to eat, and especially hard if you don't have enough energy to make a whole meal.
These recipes will range from super basic (1 dish, a microwave, just put it all in and mix) to more complex (1-2 dishes, microwave, toaster, or oven, a few steps)
All of the recipes will have ingredients that are pretty common in households, and you can always add ingredients you don't have to your grocery list for your next visit or pickup, so you can have more options next time you're low on spoons!
At the top of a recipe is the number of sections. This is different from the steps listed in the recipe. For example, the first recipe, mac and cheese, has two because you 1) put stuff in the bowl and microwave and 2) put more stuff in the bowl and microwave.
If you have a recipe you'd like to have added, message it to @thatdangspacenerd on Tumblr, or @leo662607015 on Discord, Pinterest, and Instagram.
